    Cookie Policy

    Last updated: June 17, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the Femto Developer Portal (the “Portal”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use it. It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices you have.

    What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide reporting information. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called “first-party cookies”; cookies set by anyone other than the site owner are called “third-party cookies.”

    How we categorize cookies

We group the technologies we use into three categories:

    • Strictly necessary — required for the Portal to function, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your privacy choice. These cannot be switched off.
    • Functional — remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as interface preferences.
    • Analytics & performance — help us understand how the Portal is used so we can improve it. These are only enabled if you accept cookies.

    Third-party services

When enabled, some technologies send data to third-party providers who process it on our behalf. You can review their privacy practices directly:

    • PostHog — posthog.com/privacy
    • Vercel — vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

    Managing your choices

When you first visit the Portal, a banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Analytics technologies such as PostHog are only loaded if you accept; if you decline, they are disabled.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing the cookieConsent cookie in your browser, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings, though doing so may affect how the Portal works.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
